Role Title: Business Support Manager
Division: RIMI Ireland
Location: Dublin
Contract: Permanent – 3 days per week
Working pattern: Hybrid
About the Role
To support the Managing Director as liaison between RIMI Ireland and the various outsourced activities to RIM UK. Responsible for providing a range of efficient, effective business support & Group liaison services.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Business communications: Executing RIMI Ireland's internal communication strategy, including strategy days and townhalls. Partnering with internal team as needed to arrange local events.
- People support and office management: in partnership with People Team, support local activity such as smooth onboarding of new hires; coordinating local training; office adherence to local requirements. Lead on variety of office management tasks including supporting any local visitors to office. Act as liaison to Group Facilities.
- Finance support: support RIMI Ireland with budget and cost control via processing of invoices and expenses.
- Board and Executive meeting support: Supporting the MD with Board and Executive meeting packs and outputs. Organising meetings, taking notes and following up on actions where necessary.
- Ad-hoc project management: Own and deliver ad-hoc packages of work, as needed. Including event management, drafting reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, collating contributions from across team. Produce documents/reports to a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
Executive support:
- Providing proactive and efficient executive support to Managing Director, Dublin, including time allocation and diary management, task prioritisation, arranging travel schedules including all material for trips.
- Contribute ideas in course of work, based on business insight and initiative.
- Willingness to raise challenge and pro-actively take accountability for most efficient and effective ways of working.
- Manage & support the leadership teams' internal and external network and build relationships.
- Carry out a range of duties as requested by management from time to time.

- Must enjoy working in a small, close-knit team
- Ability to work at pace under pressure
- Self-starter and ability to work independently, with good judgement on when to escalate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
