Job Title:  Anti-Money Laundering Administrator

Department: Financial Crime

Location: Liverpool

Contract Type:  Fixed term contract until the end of March 2026

 

 

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Administrator to support our client-facing and compliance team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidates will assist with filing paperwork, inputting data, and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to AML regulations.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with two days each week based in our Liverpool office (although this may be more in the first few weeks while you shadow your peers and become more confident in the role.)

 

Outcomes of the Role

  •  Document Management:
    • Organise, file, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring that all paperwork is accurately filed and easily accessible.
    • Ensure compliance with AML documentation standards and internal filing systems.
  • Data Input:
    • Receive and File on internal Systems appropriate paperwork
    • Accurately input data into internal systems and databases as part of ongoing AML-related projects.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for project tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Internal Liaison:
    • Act as a key point of contact for communication between teams (e.g., Compliance, Investment Management and Operations) to ensure project is supported and deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary information and resolve project-related queries.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist the AML Project Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and tracking progress.
    • Help prepare reports and status updates on project developments as required.
  • Compliance Assistance:
    • Support the team in maintaining compliance with AML regulations by ensuring proper documentation and reporting procedures are followed.
    • Assist with compliance audits or reviews as needed.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools
  • Familiarity with Anti- Money Laundering regulations and procedures is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
