Role Title: Client Documentation Officer

Location: Liverpool / Glasgow

Contract: Permanent  

Working pattern: Hybrid

 

About the Role

This role aims to improve client satisfaction with and understanding of our documentation in line with our Brand Experience principles and Consumer Duty (Understanding) standards, resulting in a reduction in complexity and cost to serve. Improve client satisfaction with and understanding of our client documentation, turning them into a point of delight in the brand experience.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Own delivery of assigned Client Documentation requests, from brief acceptance to delivery
  • Maintain a full document and version control audit trail
  • Manage own capacity, prioritisation, and reporting of progress to assist team planning
  • Client Documentation: documents along the client journey, i.e. from onboarding onwards (e.g. forms, Terms of business, schedule of charges etc, per current existing scope – excludes brochures, pitch packs and presentations on portfolio performance)
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to address new needs and to suggest improvements
  • Contribute to the evolution of the team's ways of working by identifying improvements and efficiencies in process, updating the procedures and process manual as required and supporting the implementation and development of new processes and technology

 

 

About you

  • A strong drive for continuous improvement in ways of working & usability of Client Docs
  • Highly organised, ability to juggle numerous requests
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty framework
  • Understanding of digital technologies usable for forms including Seismic and Docusign, and of principles of user-centric design
  • Strong communication skills; impeccable attention to detail
  • Working Relationships – able to actively build constructive relationships and networks both internally and externally
  • Good academic record and/or relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience of a busy commercial office environment, preferably within the financial services sector
