Role Title: Finance Systems Analyst
Division: Finance

About the Role
In this role you will assist the Finance Systems team with the smooth delivery, operation, integration and maintenance of all finance systems & data management tools.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Utilise finance reporting systems to generate, and support the generation of, reports and dashboards for stakeholders in a controlled manner.
- Assist with the creation and use of workflows to optimise finance processes and maintain appropriate control of Finance static/master data.
- Assist with supporting and maintaining data / systems / process enhancement requests.
- Triage, and manage the appropriate resolution of, queries coming into the Finance Systems team.
- Work with members of the Finance team to resolve day-to-day queries and to develop reporting solutions.
- Support for System Admin Testing.
- Support Finance colleagues during the release of new processes or system changes.
About you

- Knowledge of Finance systems – Proactis / SUN / Q&A (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.
- Finance Ledger Experience
- Comfortable working across the MS Office suite of applications.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload effectively, working to a high degree of autonomy.
- Confident challenging processes and escalating issues.
- Effective problem solver, generating practical solutions.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
- Builds effective relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
- Strong collaboration skills - proactively seeks to share information and ideas.
