The Role

Support the strategy of Distribution and its new business objectives

Ensure Salesforce is well used and understood within the distribution team

Ensure Salesforce development is aligned with our objectives and growth strategy

 

Outcomes of the Role

Data Analysis and Reporting

   - Analyse sales and distribution data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

   - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on distribution metrics, client activity, and sales performance.

   - Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Market Research

   - Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, market trends, and client needs.

   - Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.

Strategic Planning

   - Contribute to the development and execution of distribution strategies and business plans.

   - Support the evaluation of new distribution channels and partnerships.

   - Assist in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the distribution team.

 Compliance and Risk Management:

   - Ensure all distribution activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

   - Assist in the identification and mitigation of distribution-related risks.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on strategy, market analysis, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in market segmentation, product positioning, and enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of asset management products and distribution channels is highly desirable
  •  CFA or IMC
