Role: ESG Integration Lead

Department: RIM Research

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent

 

 

The Role

To lead and champion the integration of ESG data into the investment management process. Working collaboratively with the Research team to develop a sector leading ESG integrated offering for the private client wealth management sector.

 

Outcomes of the Role

ESG Integration

  • Serve as main coordination point for the integration of ESG into the research process, across asset classes.
  • Facilitate the availability of ESG data points to analysts and Fund Managers

ESG Analysis

  • Supplement work of the thematic investment team with relevant insights and data on ESG topics.
  • Work with relevant research teams to develop financial models which integrate ESG data points.
  • Collaborate with relevant analysis on integration of ESG metrics in sector review

Responsible Investment

  • Ad hoc support on ESG engagements

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Interest in corporate sustainability
  • Knowledge of key ESG themes
  • Able to manage complexity and detail
  • Able to work under strict time deadlines
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Highly organised, experienced in planning workloads against the background of changing priorities
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently, taking initiative to address problems
  • Thorough and accurate
  • Significant prior experience of the investment management industry
  • Direct operational experience of integration of ESG into the investment process
