About the Role

This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with the utmost confidentiality. The Executive Assistant and Business Analyst will act as a trusted partner to the CEO of Wealth, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, stakeholder engagement, and providing analytical and business management support to drive organisational effectiveness.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

Executive Support

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including internal/external meetings, Board sessions, and investor briefings
  • Maximise proficient and responsible use of AI to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making, while ensuring alignment with governance and confidentiality requirements
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Organise regional office roadshows and leadership visits
  • Organise Senior Leadership Team events (on and off-site)
  • Organise Client events (on and off-site)
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs; attend meetings, capture minutes, and track actions
  • Manage inbox and prioritise correspondence
  • Handle confidential documentation with discretion
  • Support the CEO and Wealth Senior Leadership Team with planning and priorities
  • Coordinate objectives and key deliverables across the leadership team
  • Coordinate cross-team initiatives and CEO-led projects

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (clients, Board, regulators, senior leadership)
  • Build strong, trusted relationships to facilitate effective communication and decision-making
  • Support alignment across business units and functions, including 1LOD, Risk, and Compliance teams where relevant

 

Operational Excellence

  • Support tracking and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring clear follow-ups and accountability
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and approvals in line with policy
  • Coordinate leadership offsites, Board meetings, and key events
  • Support governance processes, including reporting cycles, leadership forums, and committee coordination

 

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain awareness of internal priorities and external industry developments
  • Support the CEO in driving forward strategic agenda and transformation priorities

 

 

Business Analysis

  • Analyse data and insights to support decision-making, prioritisation, and strategic planning
  • Prepare structured briefings, summaries, and insights for executive discussions
  • Support development of business cases and presentations as required
  • Support tracking of change initiatives and transformation activity, ensuring clear reporting of progress and outcomes

 

About you

 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial services or wealth management
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in business reporting, MI, or performance tracking
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level materials
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Co-Pilot, PowerPoint, Excel; ability to handle data and reporting)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, balancing delivery with insight
