Role Title: Salesforce Systems Trainer

About the Role
To support the delivery of Salesforce training to front office and back-office end users. This role involves working closely with the change management team and key business stakeholders to support the creation, design and delivery of systems training to end-users, ensuring they are engaging, effective, well maintained and always up to date with Rathbones’ processes & procedures.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Applying creativity to build and continually improve the learning content design, enabling core messages to be delivered in an engaging and interactive way, taking into account the hybrid working model that is in place during the training delivery
- Deliver effective training sessions accommodating various learning styles, and behaviours
- Apply flexibility and clarity when presenting challenging topics
- Amend and revise training materials as needed
- Work with Champions and other team members to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery of key messages
- Provide floorwalking and additional training support, for example drop-in clinics post live implementation, for a flexible blend of face to face and remote support
- Conduct evaluation and reporting of training progress and confidence levels to carry out daily activities on Salesforce.
About you

- Deep experience in building and training Salesforce in a complex environment
- Experience of working in Wealth Management firms
- Experience in defining training approaches, and delivery of training materials both face to face and in a virtual environment
- Financial services knowledge, understanding of the core processes that the firm are involved in
- Experience in working with large change transformational projects
- A level (or equivalent) qualification – with a good standard of English & Maths
- TAP (or similar) qualified is desirable
- Experience in training design, delivery, evaluating and reporting on the success of the training
- Able to use Microsoft 365 suite including co-pilot & In App guidance to support users in the flow of work.
- Ideally conversant with using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- Will need to be flexible for travel, and willing to travel to local offices to support investment management teams post go live
- Adapt to work within a hybrid working environment (minimum 2-3 days in London office)

- Creative – able to take ideas and concepts and deliver these in an engaging way. Being able to take traditional and/or repetitive topics and find alternative ways to convey that message, balanced with a good attention to detail.
- Team orientated – be able to work in a mixed delivery team, showing support for the process and change in hand
- Good planning / well organised - Plans and prepares schedules of work and tasks that deliver to agreed milestones; including tracking of the progress against these milestones and identifying risks and issues to delivery as they arise. Able to work at pace and with agility aligned to Rathbones values.
- Communication skills – able to show a range of communication methods and styles in the classroom, remotely and day to day. Promote best practice.
- Flexible – will be able to adapt and change as needed, sometimes at short notice.
