Role Title: Senior Regional Marketing Executive

Division: Client Office

About the Role

 A key support and delivery role within the Regional Marketing team assisting in developing and executing effective multi-channel campaigns that line up to our overall marketing plan for the region. Providing effective and collaborative support to our community of local stakeholders, leveraging strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and working collectively alongside broader Regional team to ensure best-practice delivery.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Own the planning process for key initiatives and be able to present the approach used to leverage data driven insights, to inform creative campaigns and marketing activity to more effectively target key audience segments, as well as engage and grow our current client base. Support the Head of London Regional Marketing in creating, developing campaigns to effectively achieve this.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for our agencies to submit drafted local briefs to and liaise with external suppliers to negotiate and effectively deliver on key marketing activations and partnerships, ensuring the highest quality is always delivered.
  • Be confident in drafting, proof-reading and editing content in line with our tone of voice for regional marketing activity, including collateral, client communications and working alongside stakeholders to develop local content pieces to be leveraged across all channels, including social media.
  • Clear understanding of, and commitment to, measuring and report on the commercial value of all marketing campaigns undertaken for the region.
  • Work effectively within a budget to plan, develop, and activate campaigns.
  • Confident and proven experience in inputting and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of managing and executing events and sponsorship programmes, with a target on commercial returns, and an appreciation for key contractual benefits

 

About you

  • Strong experience of working in a corporate environment as part of a marketing team, preferably within a matrix organisation.
  • experience operating in professional services, with a sound understanding of Wealth Management, and the needs of High Net Worth Individuals.
  • Able to deliver and work to tight deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to time manage own work effectively, as well as working with other members of the team to share best practice and skills coaching.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and non-marketing functions to deliver.
  • Strong experience in inputting and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to evaluate and provide objective feedback on concepts and creative execution.
  • Proactive approach; strong organisational skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of managing and executing events and sponsorship programmes.
  • Experience of implementation of brand guidelines and consistency within activations
  • Experience of working with suppliers and agencies.
  • Understanding of hospitality and gift support.
  • Skill set in helping manage budgets and ROI against core event programmes.
