Contract: 9-month FTC
Working pattern: Hybrid
About the Role
We're looking for a talented UX / Creative Copywriter to join our Brand & Digital team on a 9-month contract in London. This is a broad and varied role for someone who combines excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of user experience and content design. You'll help transform complex information into clear, engaging and easy-to-navigate communications, ensuring clients can effortlessly understand and interact with our products, services and brand.

You'll work closely with designers, marketers and business stakeholders to create content that is intuitive, visually engaging and aligned to our brand voice. Whether you're shaping website experiences in Figma, developing compelling presentations in PowerPoint or creating polished collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, you'll play a key role in delivering content that enhances the client experience and drives meaningful engagement.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Partner with colleagues across Brand, Digital, Client Office and the wider business to create compelling content and experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Bring customer journeys to life by understanding audience needs, behaviours and motivations, creating content that guides users seamlessly from first interaction to action.
- Collaborate with senior UX and brand specialists to shape intuitive, user-focused experiences across digital and functional touchpoints.
- Craft everything from high-impact proposition and thought leadership content to clear, effective functional copy, including forms, client communications and service-related content.
- Combine UX thinking and exceptional copywriting to simplify complex information, enhance the client experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Create content that is optimised for search, balancing SEO best practice with engaging, user-friendly writing.
- Act as a champion for our brand voice, ensuring consistency across channels while influencing and elevating communication standards across the organisation.
- Produce content across a diverse range of touchpoints, including websites, brochures, presentations, email communications, client collateral, forms and other digital and print materials.
- Ensure all content meets Consumer Duty requirements, delivering clear, fair and customer-focused communications at every stage of the client journey.
