Job Title:  Wealth Management Collateral Executive

The Role

The executive is responsible for creating high-quality collateral materials such as brochures and presentations. The role ensures alignment with the brand, supports client acquisition, and continuously updates materials to reflect current product offerings and regulations.

Outcomes of the Role

• Create and manage high-quality collateral materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and client presentations, that effectively communicate the value of wealth management products and services.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and distribution teams to ensure collateral is aligned with the company’s messaging and goals.
• Ensure that all collateral adheres to brand guidelines, is visually engaging, and supports the company’s positioning in the wealth management market.
• Maintain and update existing collateral to reflect changes in product offerings, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.
• Deliver digital and print-ready materials that enhance client engagement and aid in client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Leverage feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve and refine collateral materials.
• Develop new templates and formats for collateral that meet evolving client and market needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in developing and managing collateral in financial services or wealth management.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, for creating visually compelling materials. Skills in seismic document creation helpful.
• Deep understanding of branding principles and how to apply them consistently across collateral materials.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple collateral projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of wealth management products and services, ensuring collateral accurately reflects product features and benefits.
• Attention to detail to ensure collateral is free of errors and adheres to compliance standards.
• Creative problem-solving skills to develop new formats and templates for collateral that address evolving client needs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services marketing to ensure all collateral is compliant.
• Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM
• Degree in Marketing, business or related field
