About the Role

 

Are you looking to build a rewarding career in wealth management? As a Client Service Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to deliver an exceptional experience for clients at every stage of their financial journey.

 

This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll help coordinate client activities, ensure the smooth delivery of advice and service, and support efforts to attract and onboard new clients. You'll be at the heart of a collaborative team, helping to build strong client relationships while ensuring every interaction is delivered accurately, professionally, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be responsible for

 

  • Play a key role within the client team, supporting the preparation, delivery and implementation of financial planning advice for both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, helping to ensure work is delivered efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality client documentation and service support, maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and CRM systems, helping to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Build your knowledge and expertise by staying informed of evolving processes, procedures and industry best practice.
  • Develop a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within a leading wealth management business.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, Financial Planners, Investment Managers, clients and external providers, becoming a trusted member of the wider team.
  • Take an active role in team communications, ensuring actions are completed promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture by supporting colleagues and other client teams when needed.
  • Share knowledge and experience with peers, providing guidance and support to help the team succeed.

About you

  • Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or the wider financial advice sector, with a solid understanding of financial services administration.
  • A strong appreciation of both client and Financial Planner needs, with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A meticulous approach, with exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • A good understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a practical way.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to coordinate tasks and activities across a wider team to ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple Financial Planners simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing demands.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to organise both your own workload and support others in meeting team objectives.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Word and intermediate Excel skills.
